Adult Faith Development

Our Mission

The mission of Adult Faith Development at UUCC is to make a difference in the spiritual lives of those in our community by providing opportunities for fellowship, spiritual and religious growth.

Our Goals

Adult Faith Development attempts to have a consistent template of core offerings every six months.  Leaders of these classes, activities and outings include our ministers, Director of Religious Education, and congregation members.  Congregants are encouraged to participate as well as lead groups to share their knowledge and experiences with the community.

Our Community Growing Together in Knowledge

Examples of offerings that are held in the fall, winter and spring include a New to UUCC class and Who are UU class for people interested in learning more about Unitarian Universalism and UUCC.  Covenant groups are also organized by Adult Faith Development.  Theses are small groups made of participants who commit to meet for themed discussion over a period of time.  Monthly outings are also offered as well as occasional opportunities for fellowship.  Storytelling and journalling classes have also been offered in the past.  Check the calendar for upcoming events from Adult Faith Development.
